We make sure to clear all your doubts and take your confirmation before proceeding with any project. If you have any questions about our services, work process, or anything else, you are welcome to visit our office, email your queries, or call us before making any payment.

Once you are fully satisfied, you may proceed with the payment. Please ensure you contact us before making a payment for any of our services, including web designing, development, SEO/SMO, logo designing, domain booking, or web hosting services.

After receiving your confirmation, we immediately begin work and share the progress with you. Therefore, if you decide to withdraw after confirmation, the amount already paid will be non-refundable. Our goal is to provide high-quality and professional services to all our clients.

We accept payments through all standard modes specified by Webrowz.in. We interact closely with our clients, address all queries, and begin work only after approval. As a result, there is no provision for any kind of refund. The paid amount is clearly stated to be non-refundable under any circumstances.

By hiring our services, you agree to be bound by this agreement and our policies. Webrowz.in reserves the right to disable or terminate a user’s contract if a user is found in violation of our policies. Such termination will not be eligible for any refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved design and content transfers to you unless otherwise agreed.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. You are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
